Wines of Alentejo celebrate the end of the harvest on board, in the largest artificial lake in Europe, and combine wine from the region, with sushi, Alentejo snacks and lots of music.


The “Alqueva Sunset” – the most beautiful sunset party in the Alentejo – is back and the Alentejo Regional Winegrowing Commission (CVRA) invites all lovers of the region to embark together on October 8th, at 5:00 pm, in Amieira Marina (7220-999, Portel).
 
The party will be divided into two moments and will feature the participation of producers and winemakers from Alentejo. Initially, guests board to watch the sunset in the waters of the largest artificial lake in Europe, a moment that will be toasted with white and rosé wines from the Alentejo region, accompanied by sushi, a tradition of this celebration that is now in its fourth edition. After disembarkation, the party will continue until 22:00, at the marina, to the sound of DJ Bruno Pereira and hot snacks to celebrate the end of the harvest.
 
This year, the wines on display have the signature of producers Casa Clara, Herdade da Ajuda, CARMIM, Monte do Pintor, Top Wines and Sociedade Agrícola de Pias.
 
Remember that, as this event is limited to the capacity of the boat, all those wishing to board the “Alqueva Sunset” must guarantee registration with the CVRA.
