The Wines of Alentejo will be present at the Sommelier Wine Market - Summer Edition, to be held at Espaço Amoreiras on May 27th. The Alentejo Regional Winegrowing Comission will be represented with a stand for tastings of Talha wines from several producers in the region: ACV - Produção de Vinhos de Talha, Amareleza Vinhos, Adega de Borba, Adega José de Sousa, Casa Agrícola Alexandre Relvas, Cortes de Cima, Herdade do Rocim and Herdade dos Outeiros Altos.

The Sommelier Wine Market "Summer Edition" is the summer edition of the Sommelier Wine Market and is dedicated to light and fresh wines especially suitable to be consumed in this season.

The program has wine tastings from more than 40 of the best national producers (8 from Alentejo), Wine Tastings / Workshops with exclusive themes given by recognized national wine professionals and Wine StoryTelling, with stories and experiences of great professionals of the sector.

The aim of the Sommelier Wine Market events is to offer exhibitors a closer contact with an interested audience, who comes to the event to "Know, taste and buy".

Entry to the event is paid and has a value of €10, of which €6 revert in a voucher that the public used to purchase wines from the producers present.

 

The program includes:

3 SOMMELIER WINE TASTINGS

They are workhsops / commented tastings taught by recognized national professionals. The Sommelier Wine Tastings of this May 27th edition will focus on fresh wines. Red, white and sparkling wines will be analyzed in detail in 3 sessions with a duration of 1h30 each. Seats are limited to 20 participants per session.


SOMMELIER WINE STORYTELLING

The Wine StoryTelling Sommelier of this May 27th edition consists of sessions where renowned industry professionals will share and share stories and experiences with the public. The Sommelier Wine StoryTelling sessions, about 50mn long for about 60 people, are free admission for those who purchased the event, upon prior registration.
