The first "In tasting with…” of 2017 took place last January 13th and was commented by Bernardo Cabral, who presented the wines of Santa Vitória, Bombeira do Guadiana and Frupor.
 
In order to increase knowledge about wine production and current styles, the CVRA has launched an initiative whereby all producers are invited to participate in sessions to present their wines to the Commission's Tasting chamber  in an informal context.
 
It is intended that the presentations are made by the winemakers / technicians who participated in the elaboration of the wines in order to be able to expose processes associated with each one of the presented wine styles.
 
The wines presented must be from the company itself, although they may, in addition to the Alentejo, also be from other wine regions.
 
The presentations take place on a bi-monthly basis and will take place at the premises of the CVRA, on their Sensory Analysis Laboratory. The schedule is always from 16h to 17h30.
