The Alentejo Wine Route (Rua 5 de Outubro, nº 88, 7000-854, Évora) has just opened enrollment for a course specializing in sparkling wines.
The initiative, which reveals everything about these nectars, will take place on the 22nd of July, between 2 pm and 6 pm, and all lovers and curious people of the drink served in flutes are invited to immerse themselves in a tasting of seven sparkling wines from Alentejo.
