On November 28th, another [Coisas de Vinho] gathering will be organized. The informal conversation around the wine has the collaboration of CVRA - Alentejo Regional Wine Commission, Divinus Gourmet, University of Évora, Évora Wine and Diário do Sul.
The event will take place at the Moinho do Cu Torto restaurant, in Évora, at 7.30 pm, starting with a talha wine tasting (white, red and straw), led by Óscar Gato and Francisco Pimenta, and accompanied by "Empadas" of wild pigeon and regional snacks. Then, at 20.00h, a wine dinner will be organized where the various game dishes will be tasted.
Registration is mandatory, and is priced at 25 € per person and must be made through: 266 771 060/965 743 043 (until 12:00 pm on 26/11).
