On October 31st, another [Coisas de Vinho] gathering will be organized. The informal conversation around the wine has the collaboration of CVRA - Alentejo Regional Wine Commission, Divinus Gourmet, University of Évora, Évora Wine, Diário do Sul and AMPV.
The event will take place at Hotel Mar d'Ar Muralhas at 16.00h, starting with a Cooking Workshop. Then, at 7.30 pm, will begin the main theme [Wine in the Kitchen], which will feature Ervideira wines, represented by Duarte Leal da Costa, and chefs David Rosario and Conceição Albino. The cost of participation is 12 € and prior registration is required.
To conclude the event, a wine dinner will be organized at 20.00h, where the dishes chosen for the Cooking Workshop will be tasted, accompanied by Ervideira wines. Registration is also mandatory, and dinner costs 30 € per person.
