The Alentejo Wine Route (R. Cinco de Outubro nº 88, 7000-854, Évora) once again opens its doors to welcome all the curious who want to learn how to properly taste a wine.
The wine tasting initiation course “Do we taste a wine today?” takes place on April 15, Saturday, between 09:00 and 18:00. Under the guidance of enologist Mário Andrade, during the eight hours of training, those passionate about the world of wine will have the opportunity to learn more about the processes from vineyards to wine and learn about tasting techniques, as well as taste a variety of wines from what is the largest wine region in the country.
Organized by the Alentejo Regional Winegrowing Commission (CVRA), the course promoted on the Alentejo Wine Route includes, in addition to tasting various wines, a certificate of participation. Registration for the training is now open and can be done through

Participation in the initiative has an associated cost of 35 euros per person.
