After France and Italy, the producers of the TV series
The Wine Show have chosen Portugal for their third season and will go from north to south of the country to taste the Portuguese wines and discover the stories behind them and the regions where they are produced.
The most renowned and recognized wine television program, broadcast in more than 100 countries, an estimated global audience of more than 30 million people, intends to dedicate the 2020 season to Portugal, with recordings scheduled for the second half of this year. 2019 and passage guaranteed by the Alentejo.

The Wine Show" will follow the successful editorial line defined for the series, starting from wine to Portuguese culture and gastronomy, promoting the country as one of the main producers of the world of wine and a tourist destination of excellence. There will be seven episodes, each lasting an hour.
In addition to the 3 actors known for their television series roles - Matthew Goode (Downton Abbey, The Crown), James Purefoy (Marco Antonio in Rome) and Matthew Rhys (Brothers and Sisters, and more recently the Russian spy for The Americans) , the show also features two winemakers, Joe Fattorini and Amelia Singer, as well as guest presenter Jancis Robinson, wine critic for the British newspaper Financial Times.
