The Wines of Alentejo Sustainability Program (WASP) was at Lund University's International Institute for Industrial and Environmental Economics (IIIEE) in Sweden to present the results of 5 years of collaboration between the international academy specializing in sustainability and Alentejo viticulture.

In these 5 years, several useful reports have been produced for WASP members, from a Cleaner Production Manual for wineries, to the development of a roadmap for an Alentejo Wine Research and Development Agenda, and more recently to a study on the relation between the WASP and the new Common Agricultural Policy.

We look forward to continuing this sustainable partnership for many good years!
