Prof. Francisco Ramos, from the University of Évora is the guest for the lecture to be held in the Adega do Alentejano, in Évora next 23rd February.

On the last Thursday of each month an informal conversation with wine as main subject is organized, with the presence of a guest and a main theme, and with the collaboration of the University of Évora.
