White wine stabilization course

This training aims to update knowledge on stability (tartaric, protein, microbiological...) and the stabilization of white wines in general. Namely the new techniques available to winemakers in terms of stability or stabilization analyzes (cellulosic gums, mannoproteins, electrodialysis, DMDC, ultrasound, steam, among others).
