In this 16th edition, for four days, the participants dedicated themselves to the knowledge and awakening of senses with the free tasting of more than 3,000 wines from 400 producers, from all Portuguese and some international wine regions, among them almost 40 producers from the Alentejo.

The main highlight of the event, as usual was the selection of the "TOP 10 Portuguese Wines - Revista de Vinhos", which  gathered the most well-rated labels by a prestigious international jury of the Revista de Vinhos, on February 21, in the Arab Room of the Palácio da Bolsa, Porto.

Masters of Wine, specialists, wine critics, Wine Educators and representatives of the world trade of wines were members of the jury of the oldest competition in the country, in which were competing this time more than 60 labels that were already pre-selected by the tasting panel of the Revista de Vinhos as finalists of TOP 10 of Portuguese Wines.

Highlight for the second best red of the year, the alentejano Susana Esteban's Procura Old Vines 2014, after her Procura White 2015 won the second place in the previous edition.

During the four days of the event, the parallel activities included commented tastings, wine conversations, harmonizations, Wine Review Tips and other initiatives, including the worldwide launch of a rare wine that costs 30,000 euros.
