Aromas do Sul is a wine production company. It produces and distributes wine from the grapes of Herdade da Moita, Quinta do Caldeireiro, Herdade do Bussalfão and other vineyards to which it provides technical support.

VARIETIES AND PRODUCTION
Our Red wines are made up of traditional grape varieties such as Trincadeira, Aragonez, Alicante-Bouschet, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tinta Caiada, Alfrocheiro and Castelão. In Whites, Antão Vaz, Arinto and Alvarinho.
Our Herdade da Moita winery has a fermentation capacity of 2,000,000 kg and a storage capacity of 1,000,000 L. We have an aging room for barrels with a capacity of 20 barrels of 225 L. Cellar 2, located in the Évora Industrial and Technological Park, has a capacity of around 500,000 L.
LOCATION
The winemaking and winery is located in Herdade da Moita (Montemor-o-Novo) and has been in existence since 2004.
The storage and finished product cellar is located in the P.I.T.E. (Evora Industrial and Technological Park) and has existed since 2014.
WINE PROFILE
RED
Young, fruity wines that respect the typicality of the Alentejo. Full-bodied aroma; in the mouth they are robust and well structured.
WHITE
Citrus color, clean and exuberant aroma with hints of tropical fruits. In the mouth they are well structured, surrounded by an excellent acidity, giving them persistence and freshness.
