Quinta do Zambujeiro
Quinta do Zambujeiro is located in the Borba winegrowing region, north of Serra D´Ossa and it enjoys a perfect site climate for producing premium quality wines. It was set up in 1998 by wine enthusiast Emil Strickler.
The estate comprises around 31 hectares of vineyard and the wines are produced in a new winery equipped with all the finest technology. Our first wine, from the 1999 vintage, was released to the international market in 2001 under the labels Zambujeiro and Terra do Zambujeiro.
In 2004 we launched our third brand, Monte do Castanheiro, from the 2002 vintage.
