Senhor Doutor d’Evoramonte is the central part of the business plan currently being carried out in Evoramonte by a team including Philip Mollet, Jeroen Ter Kuille and his wife Nel van Beuninguen.
They began in 2006, planting ½ hectare of Touriga Nacional which is now in full growth phase.
The know-how, hard work and careful monitoring of Philip Mollet culminated in the production of 3,000 bottles of excellent quality red wine.
David Booth and António Maçanita also collaborate on this project.
