Viticulture
Climate: A hot and temperate climate with more rainfall in winter than in summer. Average temperature of 16.5ºC with an average annual rainfall of 569mm.
Soil: Limestone-clay
Pruning: Double Royat and Double Guyot
Age of vines: 10 and 20 years
Vinification
Early morning harvesting by hand into small crates. After destemming the grapes are chilled, and then pressed. The must is decanted, and ferments with controlled temperatures (16-18º) in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation the wine is stabilised and filtered.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Crystal aspect, citrine colour.
Aroma: Intense, fruity, fine and elegant.
Palate: Soft, fresh and smooth.
Serving Suggestion: Should be consumed at 12ºC.
Gastronomy: To accompany shellfish, sushi, grilled fish, dishes with light sauces and salads.
