Soil: Mediterranean grasslands derived from granite
Production: 5.000 bottles
Aroma: Fine peach and other yellow fruit aromas.
Palate: With a flavour of cardamom. slightly nutty, linear and firm with a mineral spice. Fine "perlage" with pleasant acidity.
Winemaking: This wine is produced by the traditional method of bottle fermentation. It was matured for 12 months on the yeast.
