Vinification: Total de‐stemming before crushing; fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 25°C and 28°C

Tasting notes

Color: Dark Granada
Aroma: The argilla red wine 2014 is surprising and young.
Palate: It tastes to ripe grapes and has balanced tannins and acidity.
Gastronomy: Suitable for follow traditional cuisine, pasta and cheese; consume preferably at 16º‐18ºC
