Varieties: 60% Antão Vaz, 25% Viognier and 15% Riesling
Ageing: Maturation: 12 months, 70% in barrel, 30% in tank
Alcohol: 13 % in Volume
Storage: Cellar at between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Service: Serve at 10 ºC for drinking at 12 ºC
Viticulture and Winemaking: Hand-harvesting and transport in small boxes, use of sorting table, fruit chilled to 10ºC for 24hrs, whole bunch pressing.
Food pairing: A gastronomic white that combines elements of richness, freshness, spice and creaminess making it sufficiently versatile to combine with both baked fish or meat dishes. Its naturally high acidity also makes it a excellent match with lighter fish and shellfish
Colour: Bright pale straw color.
Aroma: Exuberant aroma, some spicy notes, with toast and citrus.
Palate: The palate is full-bodied, rich textured, with persistence and freshness.
