Baron de B Reserve Red

Soil: Sandy clay with pink quartz.
Vinification: Handpicked grapes and rigorous selection. 10 - 14 days maceration. 
Ageing: At least 18 months ageing in barrels, then at least 6 months after maturation in stainless steel tanks.
Grape varieties: Only old vines: 35% Aragonez, 30% Trincadeira, 20% Alicante Bouschet and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.



Tasting notes

Colour: Deep dark blackred. 
Aroma: Intense aroma of wilde berries.
Taste: Juicy on the palate, spicy notes with hints of bitter chocolate. Shoukld be decanted two hours before serving.
