Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Alicante Bouschet
Vinification Process: 8 days under temperature control. After fermentation short maceration for 12 days.
Wine Aging: This wine was aged in new American and French barrels for 120 days.
Colour: Bright ruby colour.
Aroma: Intense aroma of ripe fruit, showing sloes and cherries combined with elegant floral and menthol hints.
Palate: Complexity is increased from oak aging, adding aromas of vanilla, tobacco and roasted coffee. Well paired with traditional Portuguese food.
Best served at 16º - 18 C
