Grape Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon (30%) - Alicante Bouschet (30%) - Aragonez (40%)

Vinification: The grapes from vintage manual of our associates are unloaded and immediately stripped and crushed. With the addition of selected yeasts starts fermentation at a controlled temperature (25 ° C). During this period it is made maceration or tanning step using a mechanical process.
Aging: The wine then ages in tank for 5 months in new french and american oak barrels.
 

Tasting notes

Color: This wine presents a crystal clear garnet colour.
Aroma: Nose full of red fruit.
Palate: Mellow and full-bodied, with soft tannins that gives it a lingering finish.

Consumption: This wine can be drunk immediately or you can let it age for 3 to 4 years. It should be drunk at 16º C.
Gastronomy: It goes well with game dishes and traditional pork meats of the Alentejo.
