Vinification: The harvest was done manually to 20 kg boxes followed by a selection of berries and grapes in the cellar. The grapes were gently pressed and the juice clarified and fermented in low temperatures.

Aroma/Palate: The nose is full of red fruits, strawberry jam, almost candy like. An array of senses that flow into the palate enveloped in exuberant freshness with round, almost sweet tannins on the finish.
Serving suggestions: Good combination with Asian gastronomy, as well as grilled dishes, seafood and salads.
