Grape Varieties: Antão Vaz, Verdelho, Arinto e Roupeiro

Harvest Period: Between August and September

Production: 75.000 bottles 0.75L and 9.000 bottles 0.375L

Oenologists: Paulo Laureano, Carlos Rodrigues

Vinification: The harvest was done manually to 20 kg boxes followed by a selection of berries and grapes in the cellar. The grapes were gently pressed and the juice clarified and fermented at low temperatures.

pH: 3.22


 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Citrus colour.
Aroma: Young and fresh aroma full of fruits with strong apple and pears notes, citrus and floral.
Palate: Fresh and full-bodied in mouth with a long well finished.

Serving Suggestions: Perfect to accompany fish dishes, seafood, white meats and salads.
