Grapes: Syrah and Alicante Bouschet.
Vinification: inified by the traditional process of tanning in stainless steel mills with automatic presses, fermentation temperatures at around 26ºC. Stage of 6 months in French oak barrels and later stage in bottle.
Winemaker: Filipe Sevinate Pinto / Susana Correia
Alcohol: 15% vol.
Total Acidity: 5,9 g/L
Total Sugar: 1,3 g/L
PH: 3,57
Colour: It presents an intense ruby colour.
Aroma: Notes of black pepper and plum are integrated in the toasting of the oak barrels.
Palate: The mouth is long and very soft.
Service: Accompanies meat dishes and cheeses at the ideal temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
