Winemaking: Harvested by hand in its perfect maturation during the cooler hours of the day, the grapes were quickly carried to the winery. After a pre-fermentation maceration the grapes were softly pressed and fermented in French oak barrels and batonage was made for a period of three months.



Tasting Notes

Aroma: Aroma of apricot, peach, honey and dried figs.
Palate: In the mouth the wood is very well integrated, very oily, very creamy. Long mouth finish.
