A careful production control of grapes and monitoring the maturation of each grape variety and distinct parcel had given origin to this wine. The grapes were harvested by hand and carried to the winery in boxes of 24 Kg each. The alcoholic fermentation began with a maceration of 10 days, being the malolactic fermentation in oak barrels as well as the aging of 8 months to give this wine bigger complexity.
This wine was bottled without being filtered and may be able to present deposit.
