Vinification: Hand harvested, hand selection of the grapes, fermented in temperature controlled steel tanks. 12 months ageing in used French oak barrels.
Colour: Dense and dark red.
Aroma: Noble, red fruit and flower dominated bouquet with hints of smoke and mint.
Palate: Refined and elegant with a velvety texture and a subtle tannin structure. Plenty of sweet fruit. Very balanced, ideal for easy drinking.
