Vinification: Grapes harvested by hand and carefully fermented at controlled temperature. This wine was fermented and matured during 6 months in new French oak barrels, on the fine lees.
Full bodied and soft, this exquisite white wine is balanced with fresh acidity and seduces with hints of sun-caressed fruit, toast and vanilla.
