Viticulture and Winemaking: The fruit is hand harvested, into 20kg picking bins. The fruit is gently pressed and fermented at 12ºC partly in stainless steal tanks (80%) and the remainder in oak barrels.
Ageing: The wine is left to age for 5 months in barrel.
Alcohol: 14% v/v
Production: 2.000 Bottles (0.75lt)

Colour: Light yellow in colour.
Aroma: Intense nose, with hints of ripe pineapple, fresh citrus and a touch of spicy oak.
Palate: The mouthfeel is rich and full with concentrated aromas. The acid is well balanced and long in the mouth.
Storage: Store at 8-10 ºC
Service: A wine high in alcohol, is to be served at 8ºC and drunk at 10ºC.
Food pairing: This wine is suited to be matched with main dishes of fish and sea food as well as with grilled white meats
