Grapes: Alicante Bouschet.
Vinification: Vinified by traditional processes in stainless-steel vats with automatic stepping and a fermentation temperature of 26ºC. Aged for 12 months on new French oak barrels and 12 months while bottled.temperatures at around 26ºC. Stage of 6 months in French oak barrels and later stage in bottle.

Tasting Notes
Colour: Wine of dark and profound garnet colour.
Aroma: It’s expressive on the nose with hints of dried fig and tomato pulp on a complex and spiced whole.
Palate: It presents a great concentration and structure on the mouth, anticipating long years of evolution in the bottle.
Service: It accompanies meat dishes such as black pork strips with “migas” (bread pudding), and lamb stew.
