Grape Varieties:  Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez & Trincadeira

Production:  75.000 bottles

Winemakers: Anselmo Mendes & Diogo Lopes

Vinification:  Total destemming, fermentation in stainless steel tank at controlçled temperature (22-25ºC).

Ageing: Aged for 8 months in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Ruby coloured wine.
Aroma: Lively aroma of wild berries, matured red fruits and blackcurrant.
Palate: Very lickerish on mouth, balanced and easy. 

Consumption:  Untill 2017

Service Temperature: Service Temperature 14-16ºC

Serving Suggestions: Perfect with a barbacue or international cuisine.
