Climate: Mediterranean with high thermal amplitude.

In the Vineyard

Confidence in a year that presented itself as clean of deseases combined with a strict regulation of production enabled these vineyards used to the seat withstand without stop maturing until the last week of September. The controlled temperature of 24°C, fermented for 10 days, prolonged skin contact in couvesion for over two weeks. Aging in French oak barrels for 14 months and 9 months in bottle.

Winemaker's note: Based on the typical Alentejo Blend Trincadeira x Aragonez (TrAz!) in this field blend the ripeness is pushed throw the limit, with a selection of grapes in the vineyard and in the sorting table. The basis for ensuring that just which is very good goes to the tank. It is this transformation that results in a wine based on dense, high expression profile based on an alluring, engaging and marked elegance.
