Vinification Process: After selecting the best grapes, fermentation occurred in a stainless still vat with controlled temperature. It was then left cuvaison for 20 days
Wine Aging: This wine was aged in new American and French oak barrels for 12 months. After a filtration it was bottled and left to age another 8 month.
Aroma: On the nose, it has an intense aroma of coffee, chocolate, plum and spices.
Palate: On the palate it shows elegance and complexity.
Gastronomy: Excellent with meat dishes and desserts, or by itself.

Total Acidity: 5.3 g/l tartaric acid
