Tasting Notes

Colour: Clean and citrine colour.
Aroma: Citrus aroma, with hints of pineapple,vanilla and mineral notes.
Palate: Great balance, fresh, with a rich and exuberant mouth. Well structured.
Gastronomy: Ideal for fish, grilled fish, salads, cheeses and seafood, served between 11 and 13º.
