Grape Varieties: 50% Alicante Bouschet and 50% Trincadeira
Vinification Process: After selecting the best grapes, fermentation occurred in a stainless still vay with temperature controlled. It was then left in couvaison for 20 days, after which a small pressing took place.
Wine Aging: This wine was aged in new Franch oak and American during 12 months. After a light filtrarion it was bottled and left to aged another 8 months.
Colour: Robust is the word that best describes this deeply colored wine.
Aroma: On the nose, we find plum and artichokes.
Palate: On the palate, stewed plums, pepper, caramel and dark chocolate. Excellent structure with vibrant tannins and good persistence.
Serving: Best drunk at 16º - 18ºC.
