Aroma: Intense, fruity flavour principally raspberry. Compliments well with oak cask.
Plates: Full fresh bodied wine. Strong, firm tannines. Good aftertaste.
Conversion to wine: Total stripping of grape from bunch and soaking pre-fermentation. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of a 25 ºC and prolonged soaking.
Ageing: 12 months in French and American oak casks
