Aroma: Well balanced with hints of unripened fruit and a slight tropical sensation
Palate: Coats mouth with a well proportioned acidic flavour wich envolves. Recommendable table wine.
Conversion to wine: Pressed then decanted after 48 hours. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14ºC. Conserved in stainless steel with the first press.
