Vinification

Exclusively fermented in French oak vats. Aging for 13 months in new French oak barrels. 16 months of bottle staging.

Tasting notes

Colour: Garnet.
Aroma: Fragrance of mint, violets, black fruits in jam, spices and tobacco.
Palate: Gentle softness, with a fresh and long pleasant finish.
Food Pairing: This is an excellent wine for red grilled meats, game meat or typical stew dishes.

Storage Conditions: Store in dark, fresh and dry conditions.
