Origin: Herdade da Ajuda, Hight Alentejo
Grape Varieties: Herdade da Ajuda is composed of rigorous quality selection which highlights Castelão and Aragonez.
Harvest and vinification: The harvest took place at night during the 3rd week of August. Grapes had been harvest taking into account qualitative parameters such as weather, aromas and phenolic compounds such as freshness and elegance, holding a wine with particular features. Juice had been chill decanted, and fermentation at controlled temperature at 17ºC during 10 days.
Colour: Deep salmon color.
Aroma: Aromas of red fruits, strawberry and raspberry.
Palate: Unctuous and balanced in the mouth, with good acidity giving freshness and medium persistence at final.
Consumption Suggestion: Herdade da Rosé is a elegant and tasteful wine, ideal to be served as an appetizer or simple. It is excellent as an accompaniment of many grilled fish or meat dishes, salads and pasta. It should be served at a temperature of 10 º C.
