Ageing: 12 Months of storage and maturatuion in Burgundy barrels.

Aroma: Intense aroma of black cherries and violets.
Taste: Fine ripe tannins with the spicy touch of tobacco leaf of the Syrah grape. Bodied with fine balance and a long finish.

Total acidity: 2.4 g/l
