Technical Information

Classification: Regional Wine
Grapes: Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with automatic stepping and maceration with variable duration, depending on the variety. Fermentation temperature is of 26ºC. Partial and short aging in French oak barrels.
Winemaker: Filipe Sevinate Pinto / Susana Correia

Tasting Notes

Colour: Ruby coloured wine.
Aroma: Well ripened red fruits, vanilla.

Service: Accompanies meat dishes and cheeses at the ideal temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
