Varieties: 70% Antão Vaz, 10% Viognier, 10% Verdelho and 10% Riesling

Viticulture and Winemaking: Grapes were selectively handpicked into 20 kg harvest boxes and transported to a refrigerated chamber in the winery. The wine was made by gentle whole bunch pressing and a totally natural clarification giving the wine a real purity of fruit and absence of harsh phenolic compounds. The juice was slowly fermented, at 12 ºC.
Food pairing: Well matched with dishes that require a wine that has both body and freshness
such as grilled fish and simple dishes of pasta al dente.
Colour: Pale lemon color.
Aroma: An underlying stony minerality combines with aromatic pinapple and ripe citrus notes. Palate: Good presence in the mouth with excellent fruit persistence in balance with a refreshing acidity.
