Vinification: Total crushing, fermentation at 28ºC followed by maceration.
Ageing: Approximately 12 months in French and American oak, followed by 6 months in bottle.

Aroma: Its aroma is a perfect combination of red fruits like plums and rasp berries and the toasted bouquet of the wood.
Taste: It is powerful and very full-bodied on the palate with fruit and smooth tannins. It has a long, lingering finish with hints of oak.
