Vinification: Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and fermentation at 15°C. Fifty percent of wine was fermented in new oak barrels with soft toast.
Maturation: 6 months in French Oak barrels with battonage and 6 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes

Aspect: Crystalline.
Colour: Citrine with greenish tones.
Aroma: Great aromatic complexity where we highlight the toasted dried fruits, tropical and exotic fruit and notes of sweet spices.
Palate: Fruity, crispy freshness, notorious mouth, very smooth and long finish.
 
Consumption: 2 to 3 years
Serving suggestions: Miscellaneous meats, white meat grilled or in the oven, grilled red meat, cooked fish, and soft cheeses.
