Grapes: Muscatel, Chenin Blanc, Viognier and Verdejo
Harvest: On August 12th , the harvest was done manually,and transported in 10 kg boxes to avoid crushing the grapes.
Terroir: Clay and shale-limestone
Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank, for three weeks, at a controlled temperature of 14ºC.
Ageing: After fermentation the wine was kept in contact with the leess for a year and half, in specially made barrels, followed by 7 months in bottle.
Bottling: March 12h with cork.
Nº of Bottles: 960 of 0,75 l and 120 of 1,5 l
Colour: Golden yellow.
Aroma: Very subtle with notes of mango, ananas and passion fruit.
Palate: Well structured with a touch of passion fruit and a very fresh finish, long and persistent.
Alcohol Volume: 13% vol.
Total Acidity: 5,3 g/l
Reducing Sugar: 1,9 g/l
pH: 3,45
