Grapes: Moscatel, Viognier and Chenin Blanc
Harvest: On September12th , the harvest was done manually,and transported in 10 kg boxes to avoid crushing the grapes.
Terroir: Clay and shale-limestone
Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank, for three weeks, at a controlled temperature of 14ºC.

Ageing: After fermentation, the wine was kept in contact with the lees until May/19.
Bottling: May 10th with cork.
Nº of Bottles: 2.934de 0,75 l
 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Crystalline yellow.
Aroma: Very elegant, with hints of peach, passion fruit and honey.
Palate: Very balanced in the mouth, mineral and excellent texture. Hints of apricot, ripe pineapple and passion fruit, with a lively and persistent finish.

Total Acidity: 5,0 g/l
Reducing Sugar: 4,0g/l
pH: 3,40
