Visual: Very light colour and clear aspect;
Aroma: Good aromatic intensity with fruity tones and also flower scents;
Flavour: Good complexity and volume in the mouth with good blended alcohol. Very interesting minerality with a slight acidity setting up a great finish.
Closure: This wine is a perfect pair for several dishes like fish, white meats and salads. It as also enough fruit to be tasted before a meal as an aperitif.
Serving: It should be served at a temperature between 8ªC and 10ºC. It should be stored horizontally in a dry and cool spot
