Technical Information
Grape varieties: Aragonez, Touriga Nacional and Alicante Bouschet
Vinification: Hand Hervested from the end of October to the mid of November the grapes were naturally dis-hydrated and with some Botrytis. Grapes were transported in small cases and submitted to a rigorous selection of berries. The selected berries were fermented under controlled temperature during 15 to 20 days and stopped by the help pf cold and filtration.
Ageing: 9 months in french oak barrels

Tasting notes
Colour: Ruby hue with violet hints.
Aroma: Very ripe black fruits, integrated with spicy and balmy notes, such as pepper and mint.
Palate: Lively attack, with balanced acidity, and robust and distinct tannins. Red fruits and spices, especially pepper, come to the fore during tasting.
Matches with: Soft cheeses, chocolate and coffee deserts.
