Vinification: Hand harvested. Total Destemming. Maceration before fermentation during 48h. Fermentation with controlled temperature (22ºC-28ºC) in open vats (lagares) with automatic pigeurs. Malolatic Fermentation in oak barrels.
Ageing: 24 Months in french oak barrels.

Color: Intense garnet-red hue
Aroma: Quite austere, wild berries and balsamic.
Palate: Remarkable freshness and an excellent structure and balance, with high-quality tannins. It has a complex finish, showing great elegance and aromatic persistence.
Matches with: Full flavored and roasted red meats, game and pork.
